In my view it should be A which is 28%.
Probability of at least one of two brands retreating = Probability of only Flipcult retreating or Probability of only Amazeone retreating or both retreating.
Probaility of only Flip retreating = 0.1 (probability of flip retreating) x 0.8 (amez not retreating) = .08
Probability of Amaze retreating = 0.2 x 0.9 .18
Probability of both retreating = .1 x .2 .02
Total = .08 + .18 + .02 = .28
Even if we take both probability as then it would be .26
