like which of the following is least likely. It is very easy to make a mistake as all the options are similar with very little change. Otherwise most of practical questions were easy to understand and answer as well

Difficulty level of chapter wise test is medium I would say slightly below the exam level difficulty which is good to boost the confidence. But few questions were tricky. So be alert while you are appearing for the test.
